  • 2/27 Last Chance! Connect with a Law School Mentor!

I’m excited to let you know about an opportunity to engage in a mentoring program with current students at the School of Law! Members of the Latine Law Students Association (LLSA) and Black Law Students Association (BLSA) are available to serve as mentors for any POLS major who would like to take part. All you need to do is fill out and submit the form at https://s.uconn.edu/uconnlawmentor. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until February 27, 2026.

Make sure to read the top of the form so that you understand the expectations and requirements of being a mentee! If these aren’t commitments you can make, please don’t fill out the form! We appreciate and respect the time and efforts of the Law School; Dr. Mahatha, Assistant Dean of Diversity, Belonging, and Community Engagement; Julian Torres, Assistant Director of Student Affairs; and the leaders and members of LLSA and BLSA who are making this opportunity available!

If you have questions, please contact Dr. Mahatha (pyu24002@uconn.edu) at the School of Law, or me!
