Hi Everyone,
For some reason I've been having a lot of people not show up for the appointments they made with me in Nexus. When you make an appointment, please add it to your planner/calendar. If you know you're going to miss an appointment, please go into Nexus and cancel it. That opens up the spot for someone else who needs it, and allows me to not spend time preparing for an appointment that isn't going to happen.
