    Free, online opportunities to work with your fellow students from across the globe, sharing knowledge and expertise.

    The U21 Sustainable Micro-Internship gives UConn students the opportunity to work virtually with students from across the world to address real sustainability challenges faced by leading organizations. 

    This two-week, online program is completely free and designed to help you: 

    🌱 Develop career-ready skills in teamwork, communication, and project management 
    🌍 Collaborate across cultures and disciplines to solve global sustainability issues 
    💡 Apply your classroom learning to real-world problems tied to the UN Sustainable Development Goals 
    💼 Gain professional experience that will stand out on your résumé and strengthen your confidence in global work environments 

    You’ll work in small, diverse teams on a project brief provided by a real organization. Throughout the experience, you’ll receive structured support and feedback to help you reflect on what you learn and articulate your skills to future employers.
