The Student Administration System will be unavailable starting at 12:01 AM on Saturday, July 26th. The system is scheduled to be available again no later than 7:30 AM on Monday, July 28th, although we anticipate it will be back online much sooner. We will communicate when the system is available again by email and on the IT Status page (itstatus.uconn.edu).
Action Required for Access
After the upgrade, all users – instructors, staff, and students – must clear their browser cache to successfully log in to the system. If they do not, they will see a “401 Error Unauthorized Access” warning. Instructions on how to clear your cache are available at kb.uconn.edu/space/IKB/10731880762. We will share this information with all users.
