The Office of National Scholarships & Fellowships (ONSF) is currently recruiting rising juniors for the prestigious Truman Scholarship—a nationally competitive award for students with exceptional leadership potential and a strong commitment to public service in all its forms.
Each year, only about 50 students are selected nationwide. UConn may nominate up to four students (or five, if one is a transfer student), and we need your help identifying promising candidates from any UConn campus or discipline.
If you know a student who demonstrates:
Strong leadership skills
A passion for public service (broadly defined)
The drive to make a difference
