    UConn Alumna Andrea Lopez Salazar is a current doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. She is working on an IRB-approved study that explores factors affecting Career Development in Latina/o/e/x undergraduate college students.

You are invited to participate in a new study run by the Social Cognition and Career Lab at Teacher College which aims at exploring the impact of one's identity on Latine Career Development. Please help us to explore this important topic! You will have a chance to answer several questions while completing an online survey in approximately 20-30 minutes. This is an anonymous survey; no personally identifying information will be collected.

     **To participate you must identify as Latina, Latino, or Latin(e/x) and be between the ages of 18-30.**
