  • Senior Year Experience- Career Exploration (1 Cr)

    Senior Year Experience
Day: Tuesdays, beginning January 28 and ending April 22
    Time: 5:00-6:15pm
Modality: Hybrid; with most classes in-person and approximately 4 online asynchronously
Location: TBD, likely South Campus Residence Hall Classroom
Focus: CLAS seniors who are still exploring a career path/next steps

This course is tailored for CLAS seniors who are exploring their next steps after graduation, particularly those who are still determining which career path aligns best with their skills and interests. It's ideal for students with broad, non-career-specific majors or those with diverse passion. In a supportive, community-driven environment, we will focus on personal reflection and exploration, helping students clarify career goals. Topics include essential job search strategies, financial planning, salary negotiation, understanding workplace culture, and effectively communicating the transferable skills gained through a liberal arts degree.
