Do you want to invest in your local community? Would you like to receive $4,800 to support your education? If so, the award-winning Generation Teach AmeriCorps Summer Teaching Fellowship is for you. You will earn a living allowance of $3,234.92 and an AmeriCorps Education Award of $1,565.08 while gaining leadership and teaching experience.
The fellowship includes pre-summer preparation, in-person training, and 24 days of teaching Holyoke middle-school students. You will join a loving community of 32 undergraduate and high-school students. 94% of 2024 teaching fellows said they grew as leaders; 97% grew as teachers; 100% developed skills they will use whether or not they become teachers.
