  • Waterbury Mayoral Aide: Alumni-In-Residence

    Introducing This Year’s Alumni-In-Residence! 

    The Alumni-in-Residence Program invites dedicated UConn alumni to partner with the Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills to nurture the next generation of graduates. Through this program, students can connect with alumni to explore careers, gain insights into industry trends and the job/internship search, and receive personalized career advice. Alumni-in-Residence volunteer for one semester, dedicating time each month for office hours where they offer one-on-one career conversations, and participating in a career-focused activities and events.

    Alexandra “Ali” DeGirolamo ’21, is currently Mayoral Aide for the City of Waterbury and is joining us for her first semester as an alum-in-residence. Ali is excited to be able to take part in the Alumni-in-Residence program to guide students in reaching their full potential personally, professionally, and through their education.
