  • WMGIC x NATO Undergrad Case Competition

I am reaching out on behalf of the College of William & Mary’s Global Innovation Challenge, a hack-a-thon style case competition on international development. We hope that some of your students at UConn will be interested in participating in a case competition hosted by their peers.

WMGIC x NATO will be held on 1 November 2024 via Zoom, with teams of two to five tasked with designing and presenting an innovative solution to a specific global issue detailed in the case document. Teams have the choice to compete in streams focused on different disinformation challenges NATO faces, and the best teams will receive a $500 prize. Those interested in learning more can see our website at wmgic.org or our social media profiles at this link, or register directly using this form.

While we wish to include as many teams as possible, streams will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and the close of registration approaches. After submitting their registration, teams should expect to receive confirmation of their stream position within a week, with further competition materials pending the event.
