The OMNI fellowship program is designed for recent undergraduates with a BA or BS degree, some exposure to social science research, and a career interest in social impact. This fellowship is a two-year program, beginning on June 3, 2024 and ending on June 27, 2026. Research Fellows are full-time employees who will receive an annual salary of $50,000 and the full benefits package that they offer to all staff. OMNI strongly encourages students identifying as people of color, LGBTQ+, first-generation college-goers, or low-income backgrounds to apply for this position. This position is fully remote.
