Sasakawa Peace Foundation USA (Sasakawa USA) is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to deepening the understanding of and strengthening the relationship between the U.S. and Japan for the benefit of a free and open international community.They offer paid internships during the fall, winter/spring, and summer semesters. Internships are available to current students or recent graduates. Strong candidates typically are recent graduates with a focus on International Relations, Security and Diplomacy, Japanese Studies, or a related field. Japanese language ability is preferred, but not required. Interns must be authorized to work in the US or be sponsored by independent agencies.
