Fern Holland International Affairs Fellowship Program
Congressman Seth Moulton seeks exceptional students interested in foreign policy and national security to participate in the Fern Holland International Affairs Fellowship Program. The fellowship seeks to increase diverse perspectives while providing guidance in a field that is often underrepresented by women, minorities, and those from varying socioeconomic backgrounds. Fellowship covers the cost of housing, transportation, and food with a stipend. This opportunity is based on financial need and only open to candidates who are Pell-grant eligible.
