  • CBCF Fellowships

    The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation offers a semester-long Emerging Leaders Internship Program to create a corps of trained, young leaders with the skills, outlook, and contacts necessary to generate and sustain positive change in DC and their communities. This program will take place in person from Monday, August 28-December 15, 2023. Interns receive housing and a $4,000 stipend. Interns will be placed in various congressional offices, committees, subcommittees, or federal agencies. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, be at least a college senior by the program start date, have a permit to work in the US, and have a demonstrated interest in public service, governance, and the policy-making process.
