    WCAPS Essay Contest: Redefining National Security and Climate Change
    Women of Color Advancing Peace and Security is sponsoring an essay competition for high school and college students. The essay should focus on Redefining National Security and Climate Change: How do you define climate change within national security today? Essays should not exceed 2 single spaced pages (or 4 double-spaced pages). There will be four awards of $500 each.
