Want to learn about economic development and policy making in underdeveloped countries? Then this course is for you! This course will focus on the problems facing developing nations which will include topics such as psychology of poverty, education, impact evaluation, and many more! If you are looking to work for World Bank, Federal Reserve Bank, and Research Organizations, this is a perfect course for you!
Professor Prakash core area of research is economic development and he works closely with the World Bank, several state governments in India, Kenya, Zambia, Zanzibar, the Police in the Indian state of Bihar and Telangana. So, this is a fun course as it is being taught by someone works in the field and his research spans various countries including, India, Kenya, Zambia, and Zanzibar.
