Pass/Fail and Drop Deadlines:
The deadlines to place a course on Pass/Fail, take a course off Pass/Fail, or to drop a course for this Spring semester have been postponed to the last day of classes.
You can put courses on pass/fail and have them count towards your general education requirements and electives.
More is to be decided upon whether they can count towards major/relateds/minor requirements. A decision has to be made on it at a CLAS meeting. We’ll learn more later this week.
Since, the deadline to put courses on pass/fail has been extended till the last day of classes, you have time before making that decision and to see how your grades stand by then.
We’ll also keep you posted on the process to do so, as there may be a streamlined process made for pass/fail.
