Tuesday/Thursday 3:30-4:45
Professor Robin Greeley robin.greeley@uconn.edu
Political activists have consistently turned to art to describe new forms of citizenship, democracy, and political organizing. Equally, artists have long used art activism to make political change thinkable. This course studies art and political activism around the world from the 1960s to now.
This intermediate level class welcomes students in all majors.
