If you need to meet with an ECON academic advisor, you may meet with any one of the advising staff members who are available to answer any of your academic questions: Rebecca Laroche Walker, Lauren Munyard, or Mouhamadou (Mo) Ndiaye
Regardless of whom you are assigned to in Studentadmin, you may meet with any one of us.
- Juniors/Seniors: you also have a faculty advisor assigned who is an ECON full time professor. They are your mentor for questions about Economics areas of study, career options and plans, grad school preparation and recommendation letters.
- Check your Studentadmin Student Center “Advisor” box for your faculty advisor’s name. If you don’t have one yet, you may request one here: http://econ.uconn.edu/facultyadvisorrequest
- You may still see Rebecca, Lauren or Mo for questions the faculty advisor may not be able to assist you with, such as class schedules and enrollment, requirements, gen eds, double major and minor options, etc.
