TODAY IS THE FINAL DEADLINE TO DROP A FALL 2020 COURSE!
You may opt to put a course on pass/fail until Dec 28th.
If you are going to fail a course, you should consider dropping the course.
If you may pass the course but are concerned about the grade, you may want to put the course pass/fail. But remember that pass/fail courses may only fulfill electives. They cannot be used for a requirement (gen ed, major, minor, related course). If you put a course on pass/fail that is required, you will need to retake the course for a grade.
Consider how it will impact the following:
Will this impact your graduation plans?
Is the course a pre-requisite to a course you plan to take in Winter or Spring?
If you'd like to discuss this with an advisor first, make an appointment here: www.nexus.uconn.edu
To drop a course, fill out the online Course Withdrawal form found here: www.registrar.uconn.edu/forms
To put a course on pass/fail or take it off pass/fail, fill out the Pass/Fail form found here: www.registrar.uconn.edu/forms
For the advisor in the form, put Rebecca Walker or Lauren Munyard to review your form.
