Honors Advisors Digest

The following scholarships are available to Honors students. Applications are due by April 17 for each scholarship. Please consider sharing with students you know who may be interested. The application for each can be accessed by clicking on the title of the scholarship.

• Michael Alpert and Ariana Napier Honors Enrichment Scholarship
  • Open to Honors students in good standing who have demonstrated commitment to expanding and fostering student access to an inclusive culture and climate at UConn, as evidenced by participation in events, initiatives, and leadership roles. 

• Oaklawn Foundation Scholarship

  • Open to full-time undergraduate students in the Honors Program who will be juniors* by the next fall semester, did not receive merit aid upon their admission to UConn, and are US citizens. Selection for this award is based on academic achievement, involvement in the Honors Program, and demonstrated leadership.

    *Junior status is determined by credit hours obtained and/or number of post-high school fall/spring semesters attended at a college.

• William P. O'Hara Endowed Scholarship
  • Open to full-time Honors students who demonstrate academic achievement, with an academic major in either the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences or the School of Fine Arts, with an interest in music.
