Hello Honors Learning Partner!
Every semester the Honors Program compiles a list of relevant events for Honors students that support their academic, personal, and social development throughout the semester. We welcome any program or event information from our campus partners to be included and publicized through our promotion platforms. We are currently gathering information for Spring 2025 and invite our campus partners to share programs, events, and opportunities to be promoted to the Honors community through the form linked here.
Submissions that are designated as an “Honors Event,” promote student learning inside and outside of the classroom throughout the collegiate career. The category of “Honors Event” is to provide a clear guide to Honors students who are required to attend events to graduate as either an Honors Scholar or University Honors Laureate.
The five event categories are as follows:
· Career, Professional, & Personal Development
· Honors Community Development
· Academic & Interdisciplinary Engagement
· Multiculturalism & Global Citizenship
· Social Change, Service, & Sustainability
The Honors Program will promote a submission, regardless of “Honors Event” designation.
Please submit the form at least two weeks prior to when you would like promotion to the event promotion schedule. Please note that no more than three events per semester will be considered “Honors Events.”
Should event details change after submitting the form, email honorsevents@uconn.edu, so adjustments may be made.
