  • 12/8 UNIV 1784 Facilitator Applications

    Please share with your advisees if they are currently in a UNIV 1784 course (or have taken a UNIV 1784 course) and are interested in developing their leadership skills and knowledge of college/gifted student development and class management!

    To become a facilitator:

    1. Apply online by Sunday, December 8.  📌You are here.
    2. Wait for application review to be completed over winter break
    3. Receive your permission number and enroll in EGEN 3200 in January
    4. Successfully complete EGEN 3200, earning 3 Honors credits
    5. Be matched with co-facilitators and a UNIV 1784 section over the summer
    6. Enroll in EGEN 3092 in the fall while facilitating, earning another 3 Honors credits!

    In Spring 2025, there will be 8 sections of EGEN 3200 at Storrs, 1 section at Stamford, and 1 section at Hartford. You will need to confirm your availability for at least one section as part of the application.
