  • Feedback Requested: Honors DEIJ Planning

Please take a few moments to join us in the first stage of our DEIJ planning initiative.

    Envisioning Inclusive Excellence

In this stage, we are collecting ideas from people who hold a variety of roles with the Honors Program. Together, we will create a vision of UConn Honors where diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice are fully realized. Once we have a better picture of this ideal state, we can assess how far away we currently are and take steps to address the largest gaps.

Our main tool is this anonymous survey:
    https://uconn.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2h16J5fsgWKPwjQ

There are only a few questions on the survey, and the total time required will depend on how much thought you put into it. Both quantity and quality (in terms of depth or amount of detail) of ideas are helpful. Perhaps, like me, you tend to come up with better ideas after you respond. That’s fine! Feel free to submit the survey multiple times.

Thank you so much for your assistance, and best wishes for a successful end of the year!
