Subject: Honors Housing Selection 2024-2025
Happy New Year, Honors Huskies!
Last month, we promised you more information about how to select an Honors residential community for the 2024-2025 academic year. We are working with our colleagues in Residential Life to answer questions and guide you through this process. Details about Honors Housing options can be found at https://honors.uconn.edu/housing/
UConn Stamford
Email livingoncampus@uconn.edu with any questions.
Complete your Housing Application by February 9. If you are then guaranteed housing, you will be asked about your interest in living in the Honors Residential Community on the 2nd floor of 900 Washington.
UConn Storrs
Please refer to the Residential Life website for more information, and email livingoncampus@uconn.edu with any questions.
Submit your Application for Housing by February 9 in order to live on campus next year. On your application, select "Honors Upper Division Housing" from the Learning Community dropdown. (Note that this is a single learning community for all upper-division Honors housing.)
- Not sure about living in Honors?Select the Honors community on your application. This choice is not binding.
- Did you submit without selecting the Honors community?Email livingoncampus@uconn.edu to modify your application.
If you apply on time and select the Honors community, you will receive the Residential Community Acceptance Form on February 23. You must submit this form by March 8 in order to live in Honors housing.
- If you do not submit the form, you will be placed into the general room selection process.
- This form is binding. Once you submit the form, you are committed to selecting a room in the Honors community during your assigned pick time.
- If you do not receive the form and want to live in the Honors community, email livingoncampus@uconn.edu.
Changing Campuses?
Follow the instructions for your Fall 2024 campus above, but your Housing Application will be due March 1 rather than February 9. This is in addition to completing the Campus Change application, which will open at the end of January.
Stay well and stay whelmed!
