Interns at Beacon Services of CT will have the opportunity to shadow direct teaching assistants and be supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA services) to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder receiving services through Connecticut's Birth to Three system or through private insurance.
Interns will have the opportunity to learn the principles of ABA, collect data, implement skill acquisition programming and behavior plans, attend staff and team meetings, participate in staff trainings, as well as complete administrative duties related to clinical record management and clinical material preparation.
