The Landi Lab is seeking students to help with virtual assessment administration, scoring, data entry and REDCap management for an in-school neuroscience project. Students will have the opportunity to work closely with and learn from lab members at UConn and Haskins Laboratories, and practice skills necessary for conducting behavioral research on reading and reading disability. Prior experience with behavioral assessments is not necessary but a keen interest in research in reading, language or education is appreciated.
Students will need to demonstrate high attention to detail and consistency with completion of assigned tasks. Please send in a short description of your interest and your resume to be considered for this position to Nicole.landi@uconn.edu
Skills acquired through this research experience will be valuable for graduate school, particularly for students interested in graduate work in Clinical, School or Educational Psychology or in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences/Communication Disorders.
