The Philip and Barbara Kaplan Scholarship was established by UConn alumni Ambassador Philip S. Kaplan and Barbara Kaplan to support a current UConn student of exceptional academic achievement with a demonstrated commitment to pursuing a career in international public service.
Eligibility:
- Be a senior undergraduate who plans to graduate spring 2025
- Be enrolled in the University’s Honors Program or participate in Enrichment Programs (OUR, ONS&F, University Scholar, IMJR, Pre-LAW, Pre-MED)
- Demonstrate exceptional academic achievement
- Demonstrate a commitment to pursuing a career in international public service
