Congressman Courtney’s office is looking for students for the spring semester internship program. This program allows students to have an original, hands-on experience learning about how the federal government impacts communities around eastern Connecticut. The program additionally provides foundational skills which are easily transferrable to about any field – from navigating the office’s interfacing with members of the public to basic office administration.
Additionally, students will have the opportunity to get into the thick of issue-specific learning. Congressman Courtney’s office deals with a variety of issues – from supporting projects across the district to advocating for veterans or immigrants. As a reminder, priority is given to students who live in or attend school in the Second Congressional District.
