Dear Colleagues:
The School of Engineering will be hosting its Second Annual “Industry Open House” on November 5th, 2014. Last year’s event was a great success with a host of new alliances and partnerships that emerged from the introductions, meetings and discussions.
We will have a capacity for approximately 50 faculty members/groups to participate. The event will be like last year’s with a bell that will sound at the beginning of each 10-minute “speed date”/meeting and an open poster session for all participants.
The “Save the Date” announcement will be sent to over 1,000 Connecticut industry members within the next week.
If you wish to participate, please reply to Nicole Nicholson (nnicholson@foundation.uconn.edu) by Friday 8/8.
Additional information will be required from all faculty members for the “one-page bio.” A separate email will go out requesting that information.
